Good morning everyone and happy Memorial Day. Dining room is set for breakfast. Crustless crab quiche with baby tomatoes, smokey Gouda, fresh corn, chives and panko topping and a bit of old bay for good measure. A great holiday breakfast from the Chesapeake.
Forest mushroom feast! Eggs with lots of gooey smoked Gouda and sage are between layers of savor honey wheat and fresh herbed waffles and topped off with a hearty mushroom sauce. All served with a side of refreshing watermelon basil and feta salad and Canadian bacon.
At Scarborough Fair Bed and Breakfast we are serving up Italian harvest stratas if eggs, garlic, crimini mushrooms, mixed cheeses, zucchini, baby tomatoes, spring onions, and rustic breads.
