Forest mushroom feast! Eggs with lots of gooey smoked Gouda and sage are between layers of savor honey wheat and fresh herbed waffles and topped off with a hearty mushroom sauce. All served with a side of refreshing watermelon basil and feta salad and Canadian bacon.
At Scarborough Fair Bed and Breakfast we are serving up Italian harvest stratas if eggs, garlic, crimini mushrooms, mixed cheeses, zucchini, baby tomatoes, spring onions, and rustic breads.
Three stratas for breakfast. Fresh zucchini, heirloom tomatoes, garlic and bubbly cheeses. I admit, not my best photo, but guests are waiting to chow down on them. :)
