    Good morning. Guests will be getting their day started with chocolate red velvet pancakes and black raspberry sauce today. We top it off with fresh berries. The light hint of cocoa against the sweet and slightly tart sauce and natural sweetness of the fruit really makes your taste buds happy.

    Luscious organic locally grown strawberries from the Martin Farms stall at the Baltimore farmers market. Today they and the blueberries are topping off our banana organic blue cornmeal waffles with the warm real maple syrup made by my mom’s neighbors and friends back home in Pennsylvania.
